Wood’s Removals provides moving and storage services to people and businesses throughout the North East.
Based out of our central office in Hartlepool, Teesside, Wood’s can provide moving for people across the UK, Europe and throughout the world, providing long and short term storage services, as well as relocating businesses and their employees.
Every Wood’s crew member undergoes thorough training before working in our customers’ homes. We conduct comprehensive training modules and test our people on packing and handling techniques.

We ask that customers try and book at least 4-6 weeks in advance, to ensure availability and ample preparation time. If this cannot be done, we will try our best to accommodate your move. If you have any queries, give us a call.
To prepare for the removal process, you should declutter your home and donate or sell any items you no longer need. You should also create an inventory of your items, label your boxes and pack your items carefully to avoid damage during transportation and storage. If you need help or equipment, we are happy to help wherevers necessary for a smooth move.
You can store a variety of items in a storage unit, including furniture, clothing, electronics, documents, vehicles and even boats. However, we have restrictions on what can be stored, such as hazardous materials or illegal items.
